Important: Dr. Tunnel supplements but does not replace professional human therapy or medical treatment.
How do I get started with Dr. Tunnel?
Simply download the Dr. Tunnel app from the App Store or Google Play, create an account, and start your first conversation. The AI will guide you through an initial introduction and help you understand how to get the most from your sessions.
Is Dr. Tunnel free to use?
Dr. Tunnel is free to download and includes a generous usage allowance. We use a healthy usage system with cooldown periods to encourage balanced mental health practices. Future paid features may be introduced with advance notice.
Using Dr. Tunnel
What is the cooldown system?
The cooldown system limits the number of messages per session period (typically 5 messages) and resets every 8 hours. This is designed to:
- Encourage reflection between sessions
- Prevent over-dependence on digital support
- Promote balanced mental health practices
- Encourage seeking human support when needed
What can I talk to Dr. Tunnel about?
You can discuss:

How do I delete my account and data?
To delete your account:
- Open the Dr. Tunnel app

- Select "Delete Account"

All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also email us at support@drtunnel.app to request account deletion.
Can I use Dr. Tunnel on multiple devices?
Yes, you can log into your Dr. Tunnel account on multiple devices. Your conversation history and settings will sync across devices when you're logged in with the same account.
